App Privacy Policy

This policy explains how GenX Labs FZE LLC ("GenXTech Solutions", "we", "us") handles information in the mobile apps we publish on the Apple App Store and Google Play (the "Apps"). An individual App may add details in its App Store privacy label or Google Play data safety section; where it does, those details and this policy apply together.

What we collect

We collect only what an App needs to work. Depending on the App, this may include:

  • Account details you give us, such as your name and email address
  • Content you create in the App, such as bookings, notes or messages
  • Basic diagnostics, such as crash reports and performance data, to keep the App stable

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, health data or other sensitive information unless an App clearly asks for it, explains why, and you allow it through your phone’s permission prompt.

How we use it

  • To provide the App’s features and keep your account working
  • To fix bugs and improve performance
  • To reply when you contact support

Tracking and advertising

We do not sell your personal information. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising. If an App ever needs to do so, it will ask for your permission first, using Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS and clear in-app consent on Android.

Who we share with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Apps, such as cloud hosting, email delivery and crash reporting. They may use it only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple on iOS and by Google on Android. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your choices and rights

  • Delete your account from the App’s settings, or by emailing us
  • Request a copy of your data, or a correction
  • Withdraw a permission at any time in your phone’s settings

Children

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we also keep the data we hold to a minimum.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Significant changes will also be shown in the App.
